DevOps Engineer

The Opportunity: We are seeking a proactive Engineer to manage application deployments, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD automation across production environments. Utilising Linux, AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Bash, you will optimise system performance, monitor environments to ensure high availability, automate workflows, and resolve complex technical issues. Key Responsibilities: Installation & configuration of 3rd party middleware software as well as the company’s own applicationDeployment of code releases on various environments, including productionMonitoring of data centres & environments to ensure minimal downtimeDesigning continuous deployment & automation solutionsResearching & implementing ways of improving existing processes & workflowsCreating and maintaining documentation of procedures & systemsAssisting in performance optimization & IT security exercises Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar, recognised qualificationProficiency in scripting languages such as BashHands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (preferably AWS and/or Azure)Experience working with Linux servers in a production environmentExperience using Docker and/or KubernetesExperience with TerraformExperience with Elastic Stack (beneficial, but not required)Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving situationsFluency in written and spoken English Think you've got what it takes?
