You design reliable systems, influence technical direction, use AI as a core part of your workflow, and help other engineers grow through your example.
This is a role for someone who is technically strong, pragmatic, and excited about engineering in an AI-native environment.
What you'll be doing
Architecture and system design
You'll help design and deliver significant features and services, balancing scalability, security, operational readiness, and long-term maintainability while making sound technical decisions.
AI-native delivery
AI tools are a core part of how we work.
You'll use them to accelerate delivery, guide complex engineering tasks, and critically review outputs before they reach production.
Quality and engineering excellence
You'll maintain a high technical bar through thoughtful code reviews, strong testing practices, and a focus on building reliable, production-ready software.
Mentoring and technical leadership
Senior Engineers at EROAD lift the capability of those around them.
You'll share knowledge, provide constructive feedback, and help develop strong engineering judgement across the team.
