Job Description: Senior Decisions Developer (Decisions.com SME) Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Decisions Developer (SME) with deep expertise in the Decisions platform to design, configure, and optimize enterprise workflow, rules, and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will implement best practices, support complex environments, and mentor engineering teams while ensuring high availability, performance, and security. Key Responsibilities - Design and configure workflows, rules, dashboards, and integrations - Implement and manage ACL across projects - Develop SAML & SSO flows - Manage role-based access frameworks - Configure dashboards - Manage environments (Test, UAT, PROD, DR) - Perform deployments and DR exercises - Troubleshoot server and licensing issues - Analyze and resolve performance issues - Monitor workflows, jobs, and logs - Implement secure SAML authentication - Enhance SSO flows and remove hard-coded logic - Collaborate with business and technical teams - Support releases and deployments - Provide production support and monitoring - Act as SME, define best practices, mentor teams Required Skills - Strong experience with Decisions platform - Expertise in workflows, rules engine, ACL, SAML/SSO - Experience in deployments and troubleshooting - Knowledge of DR and performance tuning - Strong communication and leadership skills Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year TCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation.
