Laravel Team Lead

WebDataGuru is hiring a Team Leader Laravel 10.17.24 We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader (Laravel) with over 6 years of experience to lead our development team in creating innovative products and modules that help our customers grow. Your primary focus will be on developing robust server-side logic, maintaining database integrity, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests. You will also play a critical role in coordinating with project managers and cross-functional teams to drive project success. Role And Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of web applications using the Laravel framework.Project Coordination: Collaborate with the Project Manager to understand project requirements and translate them into effective backend solutions.Feedback and Roadmap Alignment: Provide feedback on the product roadmap, working closely with product teams to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and define timelines.Customization and Innovation: Lead the customization of themes, plugins, and features based on client requirements, enhancing user experience and functionality.Problem Solving: Demonstrate a strong problem-solving attitude and a deep understanding of core OOP concepts.Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver features. Skills And Requirements Experience:6+ years of professional experience in PHP development, with a strong emphasis on the Laravel framework. Technical Skills:Extensive knowledge of Laravel frameworks.Proven experience in developing large-scale Laravel applications.Strong understanding of MySQL databases.Knowledge of common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions.Experience with user authentication and authorization across multiple systems and environments.
