Job Description The Opportunity: The Senior Integration Engineer is responsible for analysis, development and ongoing support of Salesforce centric integrations at Ritchie Bros. The Senior Integration Engineer will work closely with Development Managers, Senior Software Engineers and other team members such as QA Engineers, Product Owners, Support Engineers (DevOps), Solution Architects and Business Users to deliver high quality software and ensure that systems are interoperating correctly once deployed. The Senior Integration Engineer will also use their knowledge of the IT Platforms to help guide the solution and implementation of key features on the platform. In This Role You’ll Deliver high quality software efficientlyProvide technical leadershipWrite high quality, testable and easily maintainable codeDevelop test classes and automation test scripts to support Quality Assurance activitiesPerform code reviews and provide feedback to other development team members as requiredPerform systems maintenance tasksMentor team members in technical and other aspects of software developmentAssist Product Owners in turning high-level business requirements into technical tasks and contribute to estimationWork with all internal technical stakeholders (Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Support Engineers, Solutions Architects) to ensure product quality and reliability in production environmentsPerform Software Development activities in an Agile workflow with Scrum, backlog grooming and retrospectivesStay up to date on technical functionality, new releases and features that are both part of the platform and larger ecosystem.
