Role Description This full-time Web Developer role is an on-site position based in New York, NY. The Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain company websites to support branding, sales, and client engagement, ensuring performance, accessibility, and responsive layouts across devices. Daily responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, integrating back-end functionality, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and optimizing pages for speed and SEO. The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and design teams to update content, launch new features, and align web experiences with business goals. The Web Developer will also monitor site analytics, maintain security best practices, and contribute to ongoing improvements in user experience and visual design. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Web Design skills for building responsive, user-friendly interfaces.Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development and Programming skills for implementing robust, secure functionality and integrations.Candidates should possess comprehensive Web Development skills to manage full website lifecycles, from concept through deployment and maintenance.Familiarity with modern web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, CMS platforms, version control) is highly beneficial.Experience optimizing website performance, accessibility, and SEO is preferred.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in an on-site environment.Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is desirable.
