Role Summary We are seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to transform our existing web and mobile products into agentic systems powered by conversational AI. This role focuses on designing and building intelligent agents, multi-step agentic workflows, and conversational experiences that enable users to accomplish tasks through natural dialogue rather than traditional application flows. You will integrate these capabilities into our existing product ecosystem, ensuring agents can reason, take actions, interact with platform services and data, and maintain context across workflows - while delivering experiences that are reliable, scalable, secure, and consistent across web and mobile. This is a hands-on engineering role that requires both AI experience design and full-stack engineering capability. You must be comfortable building conversational interfaces, implementing agent frameworks, and making necessary backend changes to support new agent-driven workflows. You should also be highly proficient at using AI throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) - including generating requirements, designing systems, accelerating development, and improving testing and automation. Responsibilities Design and implement agentic systems and conversational AI experiences that enable users to interact with the platform through chat, voice, and intelligent task-driven workflows.Transform existing web and mobile workflows into agent-driven and conversational experiences, allowing users to complete complex tasks through natural language and autonomous agent actions.Build reusable UI components and conversational interfaces that integrate agent capabilities seamlessly into existing web and mobile product experiences.Design and implement agent orchestration, including reasoning workflows, prompts, context management, tool use, multi-step execution, and human-in-the-loop interactions.Extend backend services, APIs, and platform capabilities to enable agents to retrieve information, make decisions, invoke tools, and execute actions across product workflows.Evaluate and integrate third-party LLMs, agent frameworks, conversational AI platforms, and voice technologies where they provide meaningful product or engineering value.Ensure agentic and conversational solutions are reliable, scalable, observable, maintainable, and consistent across web, mobile, chat, and voice channels.Use AI-assisted development tools extensively across the engineering lifecycle, including requirements, specifications, architecture, implementation, testing, evaluation, and automation.Build and evolve evaluation and guardrail mechanisms for agent behavior, including response quality, tool execution, workflow completion, reliability, and safety.Continuously evaluate emerging agentic architectures, conversational AI patterns, LLM capabilities, multimodal models, and AI development tooling to evolve the platform and product experience. Required Skills Experience building LLM-powered applications and agent-based systems.Strong understanding of agent orchestration, tool use, prompt engineering, and conversational UX.Experience building chat or voice-based interfaces.Full-stack engineering experience with the ability to modify backend services when required.Front-end experience building interactive UI components.Experience integrating APIs, services, and data systems into AI workflows.Strong familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows.Ability to evaluate build vs buy decisions for agent frameworks and AI platforms. Preferred Experience Experience with voice interfaces, conversational design, or multimodal AI systems.Experience integrating AI into existing product platforms rather than building greenfield demos.Experience with modern agent frameworks or orchestration platforms.Startup experience or comfort working in fast-moving experimental environments.
