About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT professional to join our team at HDI AG in a pivotal role that supports our digital transformation initiatives. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative IT solutions that align with the company's strategic goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement modern software applications and optimize existing IT infrastructure. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in software development, system architecture, or IT infrastructure management.Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is preferred.Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.Knowledge of insurance industry processes is a plus but not mandatory.
