🤖 Hiring: Founding Engineer, Agent Systems — London, on-site A seed-stage startup building AI-native risk infrastructure for regulated enterprises is looking for its anchor engineering hire. They've already secured seven-figure revenue and multi-year enterprise contracts — so this is 0→1 building with real customers and real traction behind it. You'd own the agent platform end-to-end: the orchestration, evaluations, and reliability infrastructure that turns frontier model calls into production-grade features enterprises can actually trust.
