Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Opportunity: The Full Stack Software Engineer role is designed to contribute to the development and enhancement of software products through collaboration with cross-functional teams. This position supports the full product lifecycle, from ideation to maintenance, and involves building intuitive user experiences and reliable backend systems. The role is critical in ensuring quality code, fostering team growth, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate development. 3. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Product, Design, and squad members to deliver impactful features. • Implement designs into seamless, intuitive user experiences. • Support and onboard newer engineers while learning from senior team members. • Scope and estimate tasks in partnership with the tech lead. • Write quality, testable, maintainable, and scalable code. • Participate in architectural discussions and promote best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs in coordination with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams. • Take initiative on work, seek support when needed, and engage in collaborative innovation activities. • Conduct code reviews and contribute to planning for continuous improvement. • Utilize AI coding assistants and internal automations to enhance development speed and quality. 4. Requirements: • 2 to 4 years of software engineering experience with frontend and backend development. • Experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Python. • Passion for building products that solve real-world problems and managing full product lifecycle. • Ability to thrive in a startup environment, handling multiple responsibilities. • Strong empathy for user needs and effective cross-functional collaboration. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Comfortable using AI coding assistants and automation tools in development. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package: • $100,000 - $130,000 per year plus equity and up to 10% annual bonus paid quarterly. 6.
