As we grow, we’re looking for a Software Engineer with a strong background in Systems Administration to help design, build, scale, and support the infrastructure and tooling powering these experiences. What You’ll Do As part of our Engineering Team, you will: Build and enhance automation for product deployments and deployment validation.Develop and maintain internal tools, scripts, and services that improve productivity and reduce operational burden.Assist with load testing, performance tuning, and capacity planning across multiple environments.Prepare, deploy, and support infrastructure for live demos, partner-facing events, and show environments.Continuously improve operational processes by streamlining, consolidating, and automating workflows.Monitor system health, maintain observability tooling, and contribute to performance and reliability improvements.Participate in on-call rotations, handle incident response, and provide occasional after-hours or weekend support for live events or urgent issues.Support occasional client site visits for installations, troubleshooting, or major activations.Collaborate closely with the engineering team through daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, code reviews, and Agile practices. What You Bring 2–5 years of experience in software engineering and systems administration.Strong programming and scripting skills (Python, Bash, TypeScript, or PowerShell).Strong experience with Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux) and Windows.Experience with tools and technologies such as: Git, Python, PowerShell, MySQL, PostgreSQLExperience with Docker, containerized services, and artifact management (Artifactory, Nexus).Solid understanding of Linux administration, networking, and security basics.Solid understanding of software development lifecycleFamiliarity with monitoring and observability tooling (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).Familiarity with basic project management. Nice to Have Experience with container signing / supply chain security.Familiarity with serverless and event-driven architectures.Experience supporting on-site demos, media events, or live tech operations.
