Requirements Hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and significant experienceDemonstrate strong technical expertise with an end‑to‑end understanding of applications and their dependenciesHave hands‑on experience in system reliability, monitoring, observability and continuous improvement within complex environmentsHave contributed to major incident management and feel comfortable working in fast‑changing, multi‑team technology environmentsShow the ability to coach, influence and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholdersBe able to translate technical signals into indicators that can be understood by various stakeholders Languages: French, English Reason to require this language: you will need to discuss frequently with our service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
