Software Engineer (Lending) at BairesDev As a Software Engineer specializing in Lending, you will architect and refine digital solutions that drive the mortgage lifecycle. You will translate complex financial requirements into high-performance systems, ensuring seamless automation and strict adherence to industry standards. What You'll Do Architect and maintain scalable backend systems tailored for mortgage origination and loan processing. Integrate diverse third-party platforms to streamline data flow and enhance lending ecosystem connectivity. Implement robust workflows that manage Protected Financial Information with a focus on auditability and security. Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business intent into technical features that improve borrower experiences. Optimize system performance and reliability to handle high-volume processing during market surges. What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on backend development. Proven expertise in building software for mortgage origination and US lending workflows. Proficiency in backend stacks including Python, Node.js, or .NET. Hands-on experience with integrations for platforms like HubSpot, LoanPress, or Ellie Mae. Deep understanding of financial regulatory compliance and audit trails within the lending industry. Advanced proficiency in English.
