About The Role The role owns the architecture, development, and delivery of high-performance user interfaces and responsive web applications serving millions of users daily. The engineering team works closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into seamless, accessible, and performant frontend experiences. Key Responsibilities Architect and build scalable, maintainable frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworksOptimize client-side performance, page load times, and rendering efficiency across various browsers and mobile devicesCollaborate with backend engineers to define robust API contracts, data models, and integration strategiesWrite comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, and CypressParticipate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of frontend engineering standards What We Are Looking For 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on modern frontend developmentExpert proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3Solid understanding of state management libraries, build tools (Webpack, Vite), and responsive design principlesExperience with frontend performance monitoring, accessibility (WCAG) standards, and cross-browser compatibilityBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
