JOB DESCRIPTION1) Finance Transformation & Digitalization· Lead finance transformation initiatives and continuous process improvement projects.· Support OneERP, digital finance solutions, automation, and system enhancement projects.· Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate finance processes.· Drive adoption of digital tools, AI, and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions within Finance.· Act as key finance representative in transformation projects and cross-functional initiatives. 2) Data Analytics & Business Intelligence· Develop and maintain finance dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting solutions.· Leverage data analytics to support strategic decision-making and business insights.· Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across finance reporting platforms.· Utilize Power BI, SAP Analytics, and other digital tools to deliver actionable insights.· Support predictive analytics, trend analysis, and scenario modeling. 3) Treasury, Liquidity & Working Capital Management· Manage overall treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, funding requirements, daily cash position monitoring, and liaison with Regional Treasury.· Manage banking facilities, dividend payments, treasury reconciliations, and related treasury operational matters, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely resolution of outstanding items and queries.· Monitor and communicate liquidity requirements, working capital performance, foreign exchange exposures, and support the evaluation and execution of hedging strategies where applicable.· Drive receivables management to optimize cash flow and working capital efficiency.· Prepare and coordinate treasury, foreign exchange, liquidity, and management reporting requirements for internal, regional, headquarters, and external stakeholders.· Lead treasury-related initiatives and process improvements to enhance cash management, liquidity planning, and operational efficiency. 4) Governance, Audit & Business Support· Ensure compliance with company policies, Mercedes-Benz Group requirements, treasury governance standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.· Support statutory, corporate, and ad-hoc audits, including the preparation of audit schedules, supporting documentation, and resolution of audit queries.· Provide backup support for critical reporting activities, including statutory reporting, Flash Report preparation, and financial reporting, to ensure business continuity.· Monitor payables and receivables e-Invoicing processes and related data integrity.· Maintain and continuously improve policies, procedures, work instructions, process documentation, Visio flows, and iDoP documentation.· Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects assigned by management. QualifikationenEDUCATION LEVEL· Degree in Accountancy and / or Finance· Professional qualification in Accountancy and/or Finance (eg. CIMA/ACCA/ICAEW etc) EXPERIENCE· At least 5 years relevant work experience in Accounting / Finance related role· Experience in data analysis, credit management and treasury will be an added advantage TECHNICAL SKILLSStrong knowledge of Finance, Treasury, Working Capital Management, and Internal Controls.Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities.Proficiency in SAP and finance reporting systems.Proficiency in Power BI, data visualization, and dashboard development.Understanding of process automation and digital finance solutions.Knowledge of cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and foreign exchange exposure management.Experience in data governance, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
