Job Summary We are looking for a System Debug Engineer to debug and to support customer and other internal departments for solving outer system issues. In this role, you will work with other departments and provide solutions for the issues and product quality improvement. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Intel low level debugging. Experience using Intel Target Probe (ITP) tool is a plus. Essential Duties And Responsibilities PCBA and System-level defect analysis and troubleshoot to improve product quality. Improve testing techniques/procedures for analyzing system failure data efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to review customer’s issues, and provide improvement plans to resolve the issues in a timely manner. Be preventing any quality-related issues of design in early-stage and provided with write Root cause analysis. Drive case study or/and issue resolution recommendations. Help testing and testing techniques/procedures and product quality. Level 3 technical support debugging root cause for customer issue. Work with R&D to have solution for root cause and follow up for ECO. Provide root cause analysis for customer FAR. Support product manager and sales for technical issues. Working with R&D and production to decrease RMA rate. Collaborate with EE/ME designers and validation engineers to discover and preventing any quality-related issues of design in the early stage. Qualifications EE education and more than 3 years working experience in related areas. Relevant experience in PCB fabrication/assembly, board level bring-up, compatibility and reliability testing, and in-depth understanding of the PC industry. Circuit analytical ability in circuit design, knowledge and understanding of computer systems. Ability to work in a team environment and cross department development Knowledge in Windows and LINUX operating systems is a must. Proven quantitative, analytical, and technical skills. Good in communication and teamwork skills; Fluency in oral and written English. Additional language skills are a plus.
