Senior DevOps Engineer

The Role Plan and implement Kubernetes cluster solutions for security-relevant projects Operate security-critical container and cluster systems with high availability requirements Ensure IT security standards, system stability, and fail-safety Develop and maintain CI/CD processes, Infrastructure-as-Code, and monitoring in close collaboration with software development Take on a technical leadership role as Lead Engineer, including support and mentoring in container and cluster technologies Participate in the selection, implementation, and operation of new platforms, tools, and technologies Coordinate technical topics closely with team leads and product owners Design and maintain technical documentation in collaboration with relevant departments What You'll Need Technical education in IT (HTL, FH, or university) with a focus on computer science or a comparable field Several years of professional experience in DevOps and with container and cluster solutions Very good knowledge of Kubernetes and experience with containerized applications, including security aspects Proficient in deployment and automation tools, with solid knowledge of CI/CD processes Experience in operating and maintaining virtualization environments, ideally with Proxmox or Hyper-V Basic knowledge of software development, preferably with C#/.Net Independent, structured, and quality-driven work ethic, along with strong teamwork and flexibility Excellent English language skills (written and spoken); German skills are a plus What's On Offer Online skill-boosting with LinkedIn Learning Balanced work-life Long-term career planning with development opportunities Friendly and competent team in a family-like international environment Flexible working hours and home office options (2 days per week) Company parking, e-charging station, subsidized lunch, free coffee and drinks, health care, massages, and in-house gym Apply via Haystack today!
