We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Engineer with a strong background in full-stack development to join our 'rapid delivery' team. This team has a mixed remit ranging from 2nd line support, iterating on our self-serve offering to rapid (small) feature delivery. As a member of this 4-5 person strong team you will leverage your expertise in TypeScript, Express, Node.js, Next.js, SQL, and React to build and enhance our platform. You should be comfortable assisting customers occasionally and enjoy tackling challenging problems with a focus on effective and timely solutions. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, embraces challenges, and is ambitious with a startup mentality. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack integrations and applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and SQLBuild and manage internal tooling, working closely with our amazing support team to plan and build the tools that will allow them to deliver a world-class service for our customersProactively identify opportunities to improve processes, practices, and tools, with a focus on efficiency and scalabilityProvide cross-functional technical guidance and support both internally across the company and externally with customers, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-throughAssist customers on technical calls as needed, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer success Requirements 🚀 About you We're looking for someone who is proactive, willing to push boundaries, and can work independently as well as collaboratively. Proficiency in implementing CI/CD pipelines and managing complex integration challengesIdentity & Access Management: Understanding of SCIM for user provisioning and identity management, as well as SAML 2.0 and Single Sign-On protocols. Must be capable of effectively implementing and troubleshooting SSO and SCIM integrationsHigh-Quality Code: Proven track record of writing clean, testable, and maintainable code that meets high standards of software quality. A developer who consistently levels-up the code baseProblem-Solving & Scalability: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop scalable and durable features in high-availability environmentsAdaptability & Communication: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with excellent communication skills to support both internal teams and external customers.
