Our colleague Chiron de Jong is looking for you to join his team and play a key role in implementing, governing and expanding our Microsoft AI ecosystem as: Microsoft 365 Copilot & AI Engineer (m/f/d) Full-time | Part-time | Job-sharing You will be responsible for the implementation, administration, governance, and adoption of AI capabilities across SPORTFIVE. You will act as the technical owner for our Microsoft AI ecosystem, helping business teams identify opportunities, deploy AI solutions securely, and ensure that AI technologies deliver measurable value across the organization. This role focuses on implementing, governing, and operating Microsoft AI technologies rather than developing machine learning models, training AI systems, or building Large Language Models from scratch. YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE You... administer, govern and continuously improve Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio environments and related AI services and solutionssupport the rollout and adoption of new Microsoft AI capabilities across the organizationensure AI services operate securely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsdefine and maintain governance, security and operational standards for AI technologiescollaborate with business teams to identify practical AI use cases and translate requirements into scalable solutionsdesign and implement AI-enabled business solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Azure OpenAI and related Microsoft technologiesleverage Microsoft technologies such as Entra ID, Purview, Microsoft Graph, Conditional Access, and Data Loss Prevention to enable secure AI adoptioncreate reusable solutions, best practices, and standards that can be applied across the organizationprovide technical guidance, training, and support to help users successfully adopt AI technologiesstay up to date with developments in Microsoft's AI ecosystem and evaluate opportunities to drive business value through innovation What You’ll Bring Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a related fieldExperience administering Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment, including collaboration, security, identity and productivity solutionsStrong knowledge of the Microsoft AI ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot StudioGood understanding of identity, security, and compliance concepts within Microsoft environments, including Entra ID, Purview, Conditional Access and Data Loss PreventionHands-on experience with one or more of the following technologies:Microsoft Copilot StudioMicrosoft Graph & FabricPower Platform- & AutomateAzure OpenAI ServicesUnderstanding of modern AI concepts such as Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering and responsible AI practices, with the ability to apply these concepts using Microsoft technologiesExperience translating business requirements into practical and scalable AI solutionsFamiliarity with automation, scripting, and system integration using PowerShell, APIs, or similar technologiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across both technical and business teams DON’T MEET ALL THE CRITERIA?
