Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on DevOps Lead to establish and improve DevOps practices across multiple projects, platforms, and environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for CI/CD automation, Kubernetes deployments, infrastructure management, monitoring, and improving software delivery processes while collaborating with Development, QA, Infrastructure, Network, and Security teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.Lead Kubernetes deployments, configurations, and lifecycle management.Develop reusable automation using Terraform and Helm.Manage container images and environment-specific configurations.Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.Improve DevOps standards and deployment practices across projects.Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.Provide technical guidance and support to team members.Coordinate delivery activities with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in DevOps or a related role.Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including AKS, EKS, or self-managed environments.Production experience with Terraform and Helm.Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins.Strong knowledge of networking, infrastructure, and security fundamentals.Scripting and system administration experience across Linux and Windows.Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, or similar technologies.Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to lead, guide, and mentor technical team members.
Preferred Qualifications
