Description

Want to build systems that handle real traffic, real complexity, and real product impact? We’re hiring a Backend Engineer to join the core engineering team behind one of Japan’s most widely used digital platforms. This isn’t maintenance work — you’ll design and ship backend systems that power millions of daily user interactions. You’ll work in an environment where engineers own decisions, challenge assumptions, and continuously improve architecture at scale.
