Description

We’re hiring talented, ambitious, passionate senior engineers for a digital transformation towards event-driven architecture with clearly defined domains. We want people who take ownership and can make critical decisions without having their hands held, people who hate the phrase “it’s always been done that way” and people who respect their craft, but recognise that it’s faster with AI (and it lets you act as a DevOps & DBA, allowing you to fix problems far outside of your typical scope). In a perfect world you would be the world’s leading expert in .NET, AWS IaC and event-driven architecture, but we can work around whatever brilliance you bring to the table. Hiring process is a call with a Tech Lead, then an in-person tech challenge focussed on solving problems rather than memorising syntax (you can use AI) and then a final chat with our CTO. We move fast when we find the right candidate. 65-75k + performance-related bonuses. 2 days per week in our Manchester City centre office, on Thursdays we provide breakfast.
