In This Role, You Will Lead complex, broad impact initiatives including provision of high level systems consultation for the technology teamsWork as key participant in large scale planning of computer systems and network infrastructure for Systems Operations functional areaReview and analyze complex technical challenges, as well as escalated support issues related to core business solutions that require in depth evaluation of multiple factors, such as alternatives, enhancements, periodic systems reviews, or improvements to existing systemsMake decisions on technical changes and enhancementsConsult with engineering team on change design requiring solid understanding of technical process controls or standards that influence and drive new initiativesCollaborate and consult with technical peers, colleagues, and mid to more experienced level managers to resolve systems support issues and achieve goals Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education5+ years of SRE practice experience3+ years of experience with Observability (logging, monitoring, and event detection) on cloud or distributed platforms (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Kafka, Airflow, Logstash, Grafana, Elastic APM, Jaeger, Zipkin for Distributed Tracing)2+ years of Hosting Platforms experience (AWS, OCP, Kubernetes, PKS, Azure, VMware, Unix, Linux, Windows) Desired Qualifications: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills3+ years of DevOps experience (Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Groovy, Artifactory, GIT, Harness IO, Spinnaker, Kubernetes, Terraform, UDeploy5+ years of experience with Agile methodology1+ year of IT Service Management experience (AIOPS, ServiceNow, Remedy, Big Panda, Netcool) Job Expectations: This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipThis position requires a hybrid in office work schedule Job Location: 300 S.
