Skills And Competencies Proven experience delivering production-grade software solutions with end-to-end ownership in complex environmentsStrong proficiency in TypeScript across frontend and backend development with experience building modern web applications using ReactAbility to design and develop across the full stack including user interfaces, APIs, and database layersExperience with cloud-native and serverless architectures using platforms such as Amazon Web Services or equivalentStrong understanding of software engineering best practices including testing, code quality, and continuous integration and deploymentExperience working with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL and NoSQL technologiesAbility to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and translate ambiguous requirements into scalable solutionsDemonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with experience using AI tools to improve workflows and delivery efficiency and a commitment to responsible AI use Education Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience Responsibilities Advanced degree preferred but not required Design and deliver scalable, cloud-native software solutions that support critical financial data platforms and drive reliable client outcomesDesign and implement scalable and resilient cloud-native solutions using serverless and event-driven architecturesOwn the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoringCollaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and deliver technical solutions aligned with business needsSolve complex and ambiguous technical challenges and contribute to defining solution approaches and prioritiesContribute to system architecture decisions to optimize scalability, performance, and cost efficiencyEnsure code quality, maintainability, and security through testing, reviews, and adherence to engineering standardsSupport cross-team alignment by contributing to technical standards and managing dependencies across multiple teamsParticipate in knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous improvement of engineering practices and tooling About The Team Our engineering team is responsible for building and maintaining scalable technology platforms that support data-driven financial decision-making for global clients.
