Job Description Applications Developer Position Summary We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong experience in C# and .NET development to design, build, and maintain scalable software applications. The ideal candidate possesses solid software engineering fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience delivering high-quality solutions throughout the software development lifecycle. While exposure to AI or machine learning is a plus, our primary focus is identifying engineers with a strong foundation in software development who can quickly learn and adapt to emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and .NET technologies. Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, QA, and other developers. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including performance optimization and process enhancements. Learn and adopt new technologies as business needs evolve, including AI-related tools and frameworks where applicable. Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional software development experience. Exceptional candidates with approximately 3+ years of strong .NET experience will also be considered. Strong proficiency in C# and .NET/.NET Core. Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with object-oriented design principles, software design patterns, and best practices. Experience developing and consuming APIs and web services. Knowledge of source control systems such as Git. Experience working within Agile development environments. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Generative AI technologies. Knowledge of databases, SQL, and modern application architectures. Experience integrating third-party services and APIs.
