ANEAR ist eine neue Social App, die dir zeigt, wenn sich Freunde zufällig in derselben Stadt aufhalten oder sich Reisepläne überschneiden – ohne Standort-Sichtbarkeit und ohne Social-Media-Feed. Wir sind ein kleines Team zwischen Stuttgart und München, arbeiten produktorientiert, pragmatisch und ohne Bürokratie. Die Stelle kann als Werkstudent:in (10–20 h/Woche) oder in Vollzeit besetzt werden. Aufgaben Weiterentwicklung und Pflege unserer mobilen App mit Vue3 + Capacitor Umsetzung neuer Features (z. B. Gruppenfunktionen, Travel Plans, Onboarding-Flows) Mitarbeit an UI/UX-Verbesserungen auf Basis von Nutzerfeedback Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gründerteam bei Produktentscheidungen Code-Reviews, Testing und Dokumentation im GitHub-Repository Optional Backend-Aufgaben Qualifikation Must-Haves Interesse am Mobile Development Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Freude am Zusammenarbeiten in einem kleinen Team ** Nice to Have** Erfahrung mit JavaScript/TypeScript Kenntnisse in mindestens einem Frontend-Framework (Vue, React oder Angular; Vue3 ist ein Plus) Java + Micronaut Kenntnisse Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanken (MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL) Erfahrung mit App Deployment (iOS / Android Stores) UX/UI-Verständnis Benefits Möglichkeit, ein Produkt mit echter Wirkung aktiv mitzugestalten Kurze Entscheidungswege, hohe Eigenverantwortung, keine überflüssige Bürokratie Flexibles Arbeiten: München, Stuttgart oder Remote (Hybrid möglich) Echte Feature-Verantwortung statt „nur Tickets abarbeiten“ Option auf Unternehmensanteile (ESOP) bei langfristiger Zusammenarbeit und wachsender Verantwortung
