Education
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ GIS/ Geoinformatics with overall high academics.
Experience
6- 7 years of experience as a GIS Developer (Senior)
Job Requirements
6 to 7 years experience in developing websites, custom web mapping applications usingNet, ESRI Arc GIS, Arc Objects, Arc GIS Server side programming, ArcGIS Java script APIProven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including, ASP.NET, ADO.NET Languages: C#, VB.Net, SQL/T-SQL, JavaScript/DHTML, VBScript, HTML, XML, Open source as well as Google Map APIExperience in web mapping application development using AGOL (ArcGIS Online) – Web app builder and custom web app templates & custom widgets, ArcGIS Silverlight API, JavaScript API, ArcGIS Python scriptExperience in SQL Server 2005/2008/2012, ORACLE 11g,12C including schema design and writing complex SQL, stored procedures, and views etc.Experience in working with ArcSDE geo database platformExperience in developing websites using Telerik’s R.A.D.
Editor would be preferredSome experience with front end UI (User Interface) designWrite Oracle geospatial SQL procedures to find intersections between layers andgenerate new geospatial data points marking the intersections using only SQL.Complete understanding of Oracle SDO_GEOMETRY and related data types.Knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS Server published map services, ESRI ArcGIS Desktop, Queries, Joins, Map file configuration
