Why this role is different
Our engineering team is not using AI as a feature.

Engineers here are expected to explore, test, and apply AI directly in how we design and ship product.

You’ll have the freedom to experiment, shape how AI is used in the product, and push beyond the patterns most teams are still stuck in.
The Role
You’ll build product features end to end, working across frontend and backend, and ship AI-native workflows used by real customers.
You’ll work closely with design, product, and legal engineers to turn complex problems into simple, high-quality user experiences.
This is a role for someone who wants to move fast, stay close to users, and have a real impact on what gets built.

What We’re Looking For
4+ years building high-quality web productsStrong experience with modern frontend tools (React, Next.js, TypeScript)Backend experience (Python, Node, AWS or similar)Strong product instincts — you care about UX, clarity, and outcomesComfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving systemsInterest in AI and how it changes how software is built
Bonus
Experience with LLMs, prompt design, or AI workflowsBackground in building internal tools or complex workflows
