Role: DevOps Engineer (Infrastructure)Location: RemoteJob Type: ContractPayout: $20 - $70/hour Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a DevOps Engineer to work on a contract basis. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery processes. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize infrastructure and deployment workflows. Key Responsibilities: • Design, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to ensure high availability and reliability. • Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to implement DevOps best practices and enhance deployment efficiency. • Support cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring scalability and cost optimization. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and automation tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. • Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. • Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. • Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar. • Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices in cloud environments. • Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
