Information Technology Staff - Developer

The Information Technology (IT) Staff - Developer role supports daily operations and business growth through the development, maintenance, and improvement of internal systems and web applications. Based onsite in Bangkok, the position combines application development, technical support, process automation, system governance, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Develop and maintain internal systems and web applications using PHP and SQL to support business operations Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance, security, and reliability Use technologies such as JavaScript, Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Optical Character Recognition, and Power BI to automate processes and support data-driven decision-making Provide day-to-day IT support, resolve system issues, and coordinate with external vendors when required Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance business processes through technology Support IT governance, compliance, documentation, and the continuous improvement of business processes and technology solutions Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field Experience in web application development using PHP and SQL, including database design and maintenance Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support business-critical systems Knowledge of or experience with JavaScript, Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Optical Character Recognition, and/or Power BI is preferred Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with users and external vendors About the company A logistics company providing transportation and supply chain services in Thailand.
