Software Developer

Job Description: One of our customers is seeking a Software Developer to help build software components that power next-generation industrial AI and automation systems. This individual will develop APIs, SDKs, reusable software components, and data pipelines while working closely with architects and deployment teams. The role involves validating software in real-world manufacturing environments, rapidly iterating based on customer feedback, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable. This is a highly collaborative role that combines software engineering, customer engagement, and deployment support. Required Skills & Experience: 7-10 years of software development experience with strong coding skills in C++, Python, or similar languagesExperience building APIs, reusable components, data pipelines, and managing CI/CD pipelines in production environmentsAbility to write reliable, secure code for mission-critical systems with strong understanding of error handling, diagnostics, and code qualityExperience working across industrial software, manufacturing, OT/IT environments, or other highly constrained operational systems where uptime and reliability are critical Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Industrial automation, manufacturing systems, or OT/IT integration experienceExperience with AI/ML deployment in manufacturing environmentsExposure to WinCC OA, Edge, InsightHub, PLCs, SCADA, MES, or ERP systemsForward deployment engineering, rapid prototyping, or customer co-creation experience Compensation: Up to $230,000 per year annual salary.
