Description

We’re looking for a seasoned DevOps/SRE professional to drive automation, reliability, and operational excellence across our platforms. You will own CI/CD pipelines, release processes, incident response, and collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth, secure, and scalable delivery. What You Will Do Prioritize automation over manual work; eliminate toil through tooling and process improvements. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to streamline delivery. Own release management and deployment processes. Design, build, and maintain team CI/CD pipelines. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues. Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement. 2nd-Level Support; handle incidents and problem management, participate in on-call rotations and respond to high-priority events. Dispatching and Coordination; prioritize and route tasks effectively, communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders. Ownership and Seniority; bring seasoned expertise and technical judgment, take ownership of critical tasks and projects end-to-end. What You Bring Degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus 5+ years in DevOps/SRE (ideally in containerized environments). Deep experience with Linux and containers (Docker, Podman, OpenShift/Kubernetes). Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tooling. Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and ability to work independently. Strong work ethic and collaborative mindset. Excellent verbal and written English. CI/CD: GitLab CI, Ansible (experience building pipelines and automation), ArgoCD, Helm. Languages/Scripting: Java or C++, Python, Bash. Streaming/Data: Kafka (thorough knowledge). Observability: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Databases/Directory: LDAP/OUD, MySQL.
