What You Will Do Design and scale backend systems for ingestion and AI processing using Python, Node.js, Kubernetes, and Temporal.Collaborate directly with customers to translate complex technical requirements into production-ready product features and core APIs.Shape the product roadmap and technical architecture for a platform serving both startups and Fortune 50 companies. The ideal candidate 4+ years of backend engineering experience with a strong track record of shipping new products from the ground up.Proficiency in Python and experience managing complex distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and database performance.Strong interest in AI/LLM-native applications and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid-friendly startup environment.
