Katarzyna Software Engineering Home Career Katarzyna I am part of Goldschmidt Katarzyna joined Goldschmidt in 2017. She works as Software Engineer at our location GRAW in Poland. As Software Engineer for automatic object recognition, such as the detection of defects on rails using video images, I work closely with our customers. My tasks include understanding what data the customer needs and jointly defining requirements. I model suitable solutions and technologies and develop a software design. My ambition is always to develop the best possible product. My tasks also include improving the resulting product. Furthermore, I test the realized software and I am responsible for the configuration and implementation at the customer’s site. The most exciting aspect of my work is working with different customers, highly qualified colleagues, great software developers and supervisors. At Goldschmidt there are very interesting development projects. The working atmosphere is friendly and full of respect. A company that cares about employees in every aspect. There are great development opportunities in the company. For example, our team participated in a three-day training course on machine learning, a subfield of artificial intelligence.
