Junior Engineer (AI) (€60K – €75K) About The Role You will join our data team as an AI-native engineer focused on automating data flows and building self-service data access for the business. The focus is on debugging and improving automations, building agents, and reducing the number of ad hoc requests that land on the data team's desk. What You'll Do Debug and maintain existing data automationsBuild agents that handle repeatable data tasks end to endWork across multiple data sources and systems, making sense of fragmented dataCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand where manual data work is slowing them down, and build solutions Must-Haves Hands-on experience building with AI agents or LLM toolsSolid coding fundamentalsA business mindset: interest in how the work connects to what the company needs, not just the technical buildCuriosity and a strong learning mindset, especially around AI tools and trends Nice-to-Haves Experience with Python or Node.js in a production or personal-project settingExperience with automation/orchestration tools such as n8nExposure to SQL or working with structured data What We Value An AI-native approach: you use AI tools daily and think in terms of what agents can take off your plateProactive problem-solving: going to people, understanding their workflow, and suggesting a better wayComfort with ambiguity and evolving requirements Why Almedia?
