The role As LSA Engineer within our S3000L discipline, you will contribute to how our systems are shaped during the design phase and remain supported across their operational life. You will conduct and steer Logistic Support Analyses (LSA) and the Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA) in line with the S3000L specification and relevant MIL-STDs. Using LSA and RAM(T)S tooling, you will build, assess and refine the logistic support data that keeps platforms available in the field. You will contribute directly to the design and engineering process, deriving measures for reliability, availability, maintainability and safety. Your work improves the overall availability of the systems that protect the democracies we serve. The day-to-day Conduct and steer the LSA in accordance with the S3000L specification and relevant MIL-STDs or comparable standards Derive valuable maintenance data from LORA and MTA to be used in an integrated ASD S-Series environment and LCC models Use LSA and RAMS tooling to create, assess and optimise logistic support data Derive reliability, availability, maintainability and safety (RAMS) measures that increases the availability across the system lifecycle Contribute actively to the design and engineering process to improve overall system availability Maintain and interrogate LSA databases within tooling such as Windchill LSA to support data quality and traceability You should apply if you Apply the S3000L specification in practice, including MTA and LSA activities Work confidently with LSA and RAMS tooling such as Windchill LSA Translate analysis into practical RAMS measures that improve system availability Interpret and apply MIL-STDs or comparable standards in a logistic support context Collaborate with design and engineering teams to embed supportability early Communicate fluently in German and English (C1 or equivalent) to collaborate internationally and locally Note: We operate in an industry where women, as well as other minority groups, are systematically under-represented.
