Software Engineer | Tech for Good / Healthcare | Preston, Hybrid | Up to £60,000 + benefits Why this role? There aren't many Software Engineering roles where the code you write can have a genuine impact on people's healthcare. This is one of them. You'll join a growing engineering team building and improving technology behind healthcare services delivered to patients across the UK. You'll have ownership across the full software lifecycle while continuing to develop as an engineer. What you can expect: You won't be expected to know every technology the team uses. They're looking for solid .NET foundations, good engineering principles and someone who wants to keep learning. You'll work alongside experienced engineers, gain exposure to different technologies and be supported in progressing towards Senior Engineer. If you want to learn new tech and become a better engineer. They will help you get there. What you'll be doing: • Building and improving healthcare applications • Developing new features across C#/.NET and the wider stack • Working with APIs, microservices and cloud technologies • Improving automated testing and TDD • Contributing to technical and architectural decisions The technology C# / .NET | Front End | REST APIs | Microservices | Cloud | Containers | TDD | Observability Don't know everything above?
