Description

Senior Full Stack Developer Location: Toronto, ON(4 days onsite) At least 6 - 10 years of experience in full stack developmentBachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldStrong programming skills in front-end and back-end technologies such as:– Front-end: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js – Back-end: Java, Node.js, Python, or C# Spring framework - SpringbootIBM MQ experienceExperience building responsive and scalable web applicationsStrong understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern UI/UX design principlesExperience in developing and consuming RESTful APIsExperience with microservices architecture and distributed systemsExperience with databases such as SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Cosmos DB)Experience with ORM frameworks and data modelingExperience with Git-based source control tools such as GitHub and BitbucketExperience working in Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AzureKnowledge of secure coding practices and application security principlesUnderstanding of performance optimization and scalability considerationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutionsAbility to research new tools/technologies and recommend improvementsExcellent communication and collaboration skills (ability to work with cross-functional teams including QA, Product, and DevOps)Knowledge of GitHub Copilot
