Description
Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice is engaged in the production of starters, air dampers and valves, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) and innovative electric generators for hybrid vehicles, as well as the regeneration of alternators, starters, dual mass flywheels and compressors for car air-conditioning.
Valeo Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice has its own modern research and development center which provides innovative solutions for car manufacturing

The Mission
As an R&D IT Systems Engineer, you will be the strategic bridge between Global IT standards and local Engineering innovation.
Your goal is to ensure a high-performance, secure, and seamless IT ecosystem for our R&D teams, balancing corporate compliance with the high-speed needs of a modern Technical Center.
Your Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering: Translate complex engineering needs into technical IT solutions and manage stakeholders across local and global teamsSystems Integration: Provide high-level support for R&D-specific infrastructure (OS, Networks) and lead the deployment of specialized hardware/softwareInnovation & Piloting: Drive the implementation of new business features and cutting-edge tools not yet covered by global standards.Compliance & Assets: Manage R&D Software Assets (licenses) and ensure alignment with Cybersecurity and Data Confidentiality standardsOperational Excellence: Own the incident lifecycle (identification to restoration) and contribute to global IS&T projects

Education
Degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
