What distinguishes you
Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field.Experience:Mid-Level: 3–6 years of professional software development experience.Senior: 6+ years of experience with a proven track record in designing, implementing, and operating scalable, secure, and performant backend systems.Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, REST API design, message-driven architectures (Kafka), async processing, dependency management (Maven), and microservice architecture design, with additional experience in Python or other modern languages.Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), serverless services, monitoring tools (Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana), and best practices like CI/CD, Git workflows, automated testing, and agile methodologies.Experience with relational/NoSQL databases, data modelling, production-grade ML integration, and exposure to LLM frameworks (Spring AI, LangChain) with interest in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and semantic search; routine use of AI-assisted coding tools.Fluent in English.Strong team player with excellent intercultural communication skills.Independent, structured, and self-reliant working style.Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and analytical thinker.
