プラットフォームエンジニア 給与：1,000万円〜3,000万円 勤務地：東京・大阪・名古屋 言語：ビジネスレベル以上の日本語（必須） 急成長中の日本のプロダクト企業が、R&Dプラットフォームチームを増強します。研究員・エンジニアがGPU/MLワークロードを安全かつ効率的に実行できる基盤を担いながら、大規模なマイクロサービス基盤の運用も手がけるポジションです。「内製するか、既存を採用するか、開発者に委ねるか」「どこに複雑さを置くか」——こうしたアーキテクチャの意思決定が、組織全体の生産性と信頼性を直接左右する、高い裁量を持つ役割です。 業務内容 R&D組織の中核基盤の設計・構築・運用：EKS、CI/CD、可観測性、FinOpsCloud Development Environment（CDE）/ Job基盤を運用し、各チームが安全にGPU/MLワークロードを実行できる環境を提供SLO設計・インシデント対応・アラート設計を通じた信頼性の担保IaCパターンの横展開と設計レビューにより、各チームが自律的に動ける状態を実現MLエンジニア・研究員との日常的な協働 技術スタック Python・Go・Terraform・AWS（EKS）・GitHub Actions・Argo CD・Istio・KEDA・Karpenter・Prometheus・Grafana・OpenTelemetry 必須要件 本番環境における共通基盤の設計・構築・運用経験（2年以上）IaC（Terraform等）の経験、AWSまたはGCP抽象化と開発者の認知負荷に関する意思決定の判断力ビジネスレベル以上の日本語 歓迎要件 Kubernetes内部構造への深い理解、セキュリティを意識した設計（IRSA、NetworkPolicy、監査ログ等）SRE / FinOpsの経験、CNCFへの関与や技術ブログ・カンファレンス登壇の実績
