As a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer in our Payments & Cash Management team, you will play a key role in building and strengthening our internal Quality Engineering capabilities for critical payment flows. The role focuses on API and UI test automation, CI/CD-driven regression testing, and increasing confidence in software releases through reliable and scalable test automation. This role is part of building stronger internal Payments QA automation capability and reducing long-term dependency on external manual testing. How You Will Make an Impact: Design, build and maintain automated tests for payment processing flowsAutomate API, integration and UI regression scenariosWork with developers, product owners, analysts and other QA engineers to define proper test coverageSupport end-to-end testing of complex payment journeys across channels and backend systemsContribute to CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practicesImprove test reliability, reduce flaky tests and help make automation trusted by the teamSupport gradual reduction of dependency on external manual testing capacityParticipate in test planning, defect analysis, release readiness and production issue follow-up where needed What Makes You a Great Fit: Hands-on experience in QA automationGood understanding of API testing and UI automationExperience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or similarExperience with Postman, REST APIs, test data setup and defect analysisUnderstanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab or similarAbility to work with complex systems and multiple integrationsPractical mindset: automate what brings value, not everything blindlyFluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level and to ensure clear communication with engineering teams.
