About the Role We’re looking for a Kubernetes-focused DevOps Engineer to design, manage, and scale infrastructure across multiple projects. You’ll be the bridge between development and production—automating deployments, maintaining high-performance CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the security and observability of our Go and PHP-based services. Key Responsibilities K8s Orchestration: Own and improve Kubernetes-based deployments (RBAC, scaling, services/ingress, and rollouts).Pipeline Automation: Design and maintain automated build/test/deploy workflows using GitHub Actions, Github CI and Jenkins.Observability: Drive system health through logging, monitoring, and alerting using Grafana and Promtail.Infrastructure Ops: Manage and optimize high-performance databases and messaging systems (NATS/NSQ).Traffic & Security: Configure and maintain Nginx, WAFs, and Load Balancers for secure operations.Reliability: Maintain detailed run books and participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 system availability.Passion for games or experience in the gaming industry is a plus.Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Must-Have Qualifications Experience: 3+ years in DevOps, Infrastructure, or SRE with strong Linux system administration skills.Orchestration: Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes and Docker troubleshooting.The Stack: Proficiency in deploying and running Go backend services and PHP applications.Observability Tools: Experience with Grafana and Promtail for log collection, custom dashboards, and alert workflows.Data Management: Proven ability to install, configure, and maintain:SQL: MySQL and PostgreSQL.NoSQL & Caching: MongoDB and Redis.Analytics: ClickHouse (optimization for ingestion and storage).CI/CD Tools: Strong proficiency in building and managing pipelines via GitHub Actions and Jenkins.Multi-Cloud: Familiarity with major providers including AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud, or Azure.
