Description

Reporting to the Manager of Product Management, the Product Manager, Materials Management will be responsible for working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders, and leading individual and group discussions to elicit, analyze, specify, manage, and confidently understand problems and effectively deliver quality solutions for our clients. This role will primarily focus on Multiview’s Materials Management product area, including purchase orders, requisitioning, inventory management, supply chain workflows and interfaces, and related ERP functionality. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Working with internal and external stakeholders to understand the problems we want to help our clients solveDelivering quality solutions that solve those problemsActing as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of product benefits and capabilities WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: At Multiview, we are client obsessed. The Product Manager will be viewed as a subject matter expert who can advise and recommend strategies and best practices and overall support our clients and internal stakeholders. The expected salary range for this role is $80,000–$120,000 CAD annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. If this sounds like you, read on! WHAT YOU WILL DO: Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap for Materials Management capabilities.Work with clients to understand procurement, requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and supply chain challenges.Define requirements and prioritize enhancements related to purchasing workflows, inventory management, and operational efficiency.Partner with implementation, support, and client-facing teams to ensure Materials Management solutions meet customer needs.Build, develop, and maintain a broad understanding of Multiview’s offerings, clients, and market to support product development and client engagement effortsCollaborate with developers, designers, software implementers, client support and other internal stakeholders to enhance our shared understanding of our clients’ needs and deliver solutions that will empower our usersDescribe problems experienced by users and potential users in a way that inspires people to solve themDevelop well-defined documents, including use cases, and requirements, to clearly communicate user pain pointsConduct user research to validate requirements and solutionsDrive our vision and product strategy across the organization, delivering on departmental and organizational goalsBe the product subject matter expert within Multiview, inspiring confidence in our product capabilities and roadmapContribute to and review documentation and go-to-market materialsActively participate in continually improving processes and team initiativesDemonstrate Multiview’s core values, building and advancing the reputation of the company and its clients Key Relationships: Manager of Product ManagementVice President of Product ManagementProduct management and client-facing teamsUX, Engineering and QA teams Work Environment: Work independently with minimal supervisionExtensive collaboration with team members and other departmentsRemote work option COMPETENCIES PORTFOLIO: Stronger Together – Product managers collaborate with a wide range of internal and external individuals and teams to collectively determine which problems to solve and deliver the best solutions.
