𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: - Designing and evolving scalable distributed systems in Go, choosing appropriate concurrency models and ensuring a balance between performance and maintainability. - Collaborating with Product Managers to refine high-level business goals into actionable technical plans and delivery roadmaps. - Anticipating and highlighting edge cases, risks, and technical constraints early in the planning phase to avoid issues during implementation. - Representing the engineering team in meetings with external stakeholders, explaining technical topics in clear, business-centric terms and challenging unrealistic requirements. - Leading and performing code reviews for other senior engineers, ensuring high standards for code quality, resilience, and reliability. - Driving improvements in CI/CD pipelines and engineering processes, helping the team ship high-quality code faster and safely. 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀: - 𝗚𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟱+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀. - 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟮+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀. - Higher education in 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 (software development, etc.). - Extensive experience working with AI and the process of implementing/configuring it within a team. - Experience of working in fintech, banking domains, and working with complex integrations. - Golang (design of scalable, distributed backend systems). - Concurrency patterns in Go (goroutines, channels, sync primitives). - System design for high performance and maintainability. - CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.). - 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 – 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘃𝗲. 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀: - Experience in insurance domain. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂: - Experience in teamwork with leaders in FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, and others.
