Intermediate Full Stack Software Developer

We're looking for an Intermediate Software Developer to join our growing team and help support, enhance, and evolve large-scale software systems used in real-world operational environments. This is a permanent, full-time position offering the opportunity to work on established platforms, collaborate with experienced developers, and contribute to projects that have direct impact on client operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, takes ownership of their work, and wants to continue growing their technical and professional skills within a supportive team environment. While much of the work will ultimately be delivered using the Moxie.Build platform, prior Moxie.Build experience is not required. We will provide training as part of your onboarding. What You'll Be Doing Designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applicationsEnhancing existing software systems and implementing new featuresTroubleshooting and resolving production issuesWorking with both client-facing and internal project teamsParticipating in solution design, technical discussions, and code reviewsContributing to continuous improvement initiatives, including AI-assisted development workflowsWorking across Windows and Linux environmentsCollaborating with developers across multiple time zonesLearning and supporting large, mature software systems over time What We're Looking For Required Experience 3-5 years of professional software development experienceStrong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skillsExperience with full-stack web application developmentExperience working with relational databasesExperience troubleshooting and maintaining existing production systemsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team Nice to Have Bootstrap 3 and Bootstrap 5 experienceCloudflare experienceExperience working in both Windows and Linux environmentsDevOps or deployment experienceExperience supporting long-lived or enterprise software systemsClient-facing consulting or professional services experience AI and Developer Productivity We believe AI has become an important tool in modern software development.
