Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Warsaw.
The Web Developer will design, build, and maintain web applications and websites, working closely with designers, product owners, and other developers.
Day-to-day tasks include developing front-end interfaces, implementing back-end logic and integrations, optimizing performance and security, and ensuring responsive, accessible user experiences.
The role also involves troubleshooting issues, refactoring existing code, participating in code reviews, and contributing to technical documentation and best practices.
The Web Developer will collaborate in agile workflows, provide input on technical solutions, and support continuous improvement of the development pipeline.
Qualifications
Strong Web Development skills, including experience with modern frameworks and tools.Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive Web Design.Experience with Back-End Web Development and Programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar), plus APIs and databases.Ability to translate design concepts into functional, accessible interfaces that align with Web Design best practices.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.Understanding of performance optimization, security principles, and cross-browser compatibility.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-based environment.Experience with agile methodologies and working with stakeholders to refine requirements is beneficial.
