Description

Build the infrastructure that never sleeps - so our systems can fail safely, recover automatically, and keep the business running! Responsibilities Set up, implement, and support the technological solutions that keep our systems running smoothly and securely.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that power our production deploys, keeping releases fast and reliable.Develop and continuously improve our monitoring and alerting systems, so issues get caught before they become problems.Create and maintain "infrastructure as code" configurations to manage our cloud environments on AWS and Cloudflare.Implement methodologies and procedures that make our systems resilient, capable of recovering automatically from failure with minimal to no manual intervention.Act as a key point of communication across departments, bridging engineering with the rest of the organization. Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience, ideally with at least one Associate-level AWS certification.Solid experience in infrastructure, database, and network administration for highly available, scalable applications.Strong knowledge of Linux System Administration and Bash scripting.Proven experience with the AWS Well-Architected Framework and AWS Serverless technologies.Familiarity with web services, APIs, and RESTful architecture.A solid grasp of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and distributed networks.Experience managing cloud infrastructure as code using Terraform.Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.Familiarity with the open-source monitoring stack, particularly Grafana.A development background, with experience in Python, Node.js, and Nginx configuration.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for tracing issues back to root cause.
