← All open roles Careers Backend / Platform Engineer IaΘ™i / Remote (Romania) Full-time You build the backbone our products run on β€” APIs, data stores, background work, and the infra behind them. We deploy on modern edge platforms like Cloudflare, and you will make sure everything under the surface is fast, observable, and cheap to run. This role is fully remote β€” applicants must be located in Romania. The company is based in IaΘ™i. What you'll do Design and build robust APIs, data models, and background/queue systems across client projects Own deployment and infrastructure on modern edge and cloud platforms (Cloudflare, plus AWS/GCP where needed) Set up observability β€” logging, tracing, alerting β€” so incidents get caught before clients notice Be the go-to person for reliability, security, and cost across the projects you own What we're looking for 4+ years in backend or platform engineering with production systems behind you Strong in at least one backend language (TypeScript/Node, Python, or C#) and solid SQL Real experience with cloud/edge deployment, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code Comfortable owning uptime, security, and cost, not just feature code Nice to have Cloudflare Workers, Durable Objects, D1, or R2 in production Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) MCP-native or agent-facing backend infrastructure Apply for this role Fill out the form below β€” the position is already pre-selected for you.
