What you will do
Develop, implement, optimize, tune, and validate algorithms for optical module manufacturing Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automation and test scripts for production and validation environmentCommission, debug, and validate software solutions in laboratory and manufacturing test setupAnalyze test data, perform root cause analysis, and resolve software and test-related issue.Maintain high-quality source code and version control practices using GiCreate and maintain technical documentation, validation reports, test procedures, and software change recordCollaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to support manufacturing, testing, and product development activitiesSupport continuous improvement initiatives for automation, testing efficiency, and product quality
What we are looking
5+ years of experience in software developStrong programming expertise experience with Git and source code managementBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, IT, or a related technical discipleStrong understanding of electronics and electronic Experience in algorithm development, software validation, and automatStrong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skiAbility to work independently and effectively within cross-functional engineering teExcellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with electrical measurement equipment and testing Knowledge of optical communication Familiarity with optical measurement equipment and optical testing methodologyExperience working in laboratory, validation, or manufacturing test environUnderstanding of manufacturing automation and production testing procGerman language skills are beneficial 5+ years of experience in software development
